To hold a booking, we require a 50% deposit by Credit Card (Amex,  Visa or Mastercard). The remainder will be payable on pick-up. Should you need to cancel your booking - for whatever reason - our fees are: 50% of tariff if cancelled 30-15 days prior and 100% of tariff if cancelled within 14 days of arrival ONLY if the seats cannot be rebooked. Where applicable refund, less $35 administration fee, are sent by cheque or refunded to the card after tour departure date.
